American Axle & Manufacturing to Webcast and Teleconference First Quarter 2003 Earnings May 2nd

DETROIT, March 31 -- American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM), which is traded as AXL on the NYSE, will hold a briefing with automotive institutional investors and security analysts, news media representatives and other interested parties at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Friday, May 2, 2003.
