Reichhold Launches On-line Technical Support for Composites; First On-line Tech Support in Composites Industry

    RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--March 31, 2003--Reichhold's Global Composites business unit has launched an on-line technical support function on its internet website, the first such service of its kind serving the global composites industry.
    Accessible through Reichhold's corporate website at www.Reichhold.com, the technical support function for composites can be reached directly at www.ReichholdTech.com. This internet-based tool is designed to provide answers to the most commonly asked questions relating to the use of Reichhold's products for composites applications.
    Users of the technical service function can type in "key words" to search for topics of interest, in a "Frequently Asked Questions" or FAQ format. Once submitted, the site will display all the solutions related to those key words. Users simply click on the subject links for more information.
    If there are no relevant subjects banked in the technical support database for a given inquiry, users of the site may opt to submit questions directly to Reichhold from the technical support page. Users are required to provide their name, company, country of origin and e-mail address in order to route the inquiry to the proper Reichhold personnel. Their questions are typed into a dialogue box on the web page, and submitted to Reichhold.
    In establishing on-line technical support, Reichhold commits to the users of this function that all inquiries will be answered individually in two working days or less, via e-mail. As each inquiry is submitted, it will be reviewed by Reichhold personnel and added to the general FAQ database if appropriate.

"It is our intention that this tool serve as a supplement to our global staff of technical support professionals, providing answers worldwide, 24-hours a day, seven days a week."
