JAMA: Japanese Auto Exports Rise for 14th Month

TOKYO March 30, 2003; Japan Today reports that Japanese exports rose 4.7% in February from a year before to 394,050 vehicles for the 14th straight month of increase, an industry association said Friday.

The exports continued to rise as those for Europe increased 25.5% and those for Asia jumped 74.1%, according to the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA).
