American Motorcycle Corporation signs letter of intent with Royal Ryder Motorcycle Manufacturing Company, Inc.

    WEBSTER, N.Y.--March 28, 2003--American Motorcycle Corporation has signed a letter of intent to purchase Royal Ryder Motorcycle Manufacturing Company, Inc., of Hudson, Florida.
    "Royal Ryder is an innovator in top of the line custom motorcycles," said Dennis Giunta, President and CEO, of American Motorcycle Corporation.
    Royal Ryder had revenues of approximately $1 million in fiscal 2002 and owns a patented frame-swingarm which will be acquired by American Motorcycle Corporation (Pink Sheets:AMCYV).
