MATCO TOOLS TO HOST CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT IN ENGLISHTOWN

In conjunction with the NHRA Matco Tools SuperNationals, held at Old Bridge
Township Raceway Park in Englishtown, N.J., on May 16-18, 2003, Matco Tools
will host the Matco Tools SuperNationals Charity Golf tournament on
Thursday, May 15. The cost to participate is $250 per person ($200 per
person for a foursome), with all proceeds to benefit the Ronald McDonald
House.

Corporate hole sponsorships are also available at the golf tournament for a
donation of $300.

The tournament will be held at Knob Hill Golf Course, 360 State Highway 33
West, Manalapan, N.J. 07726. It will have a "Florida" scramble format, with
a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start. Registration and a Continental breakfast will
take place between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
