    NEW YORK--March 25, 2003--Standard Motor Products, Inc. , an automotive replacement parts manufacturer and distributor, today announced that the waiting period under Hart-Scott-Rodino expired with respect to the proposed acquisition of Dana Corporation's Engine Management Division.
    The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2003.
