Yee Ha - CTA Acoustics to Remain in Corbin, Kentucky in Southeast Regional Business Park

    CORBIN, Ky.--March 20, 2003--

Decision "Reflects Our Strong Commitment to Our Employees and Community," Says CTA Acoustics Chairman and CEO James Pike

James J. Pike, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CTA Acoustics, Inc., today announced that the company has selected a site that will enable it to remain in Corbin, Kentucky.
An agreement has been reached identifying the Southeast Regional Business Park as the future site for the company. A final decision on the move is subject to the approval of economic terms by state and local officials.
The 47-acre site, located on the Corbin Bypass in Knox County, will be the new home for CTA. Building design is currently under way for the construction of three buildings to be occupied by the end of this year.
Mr. Pike said: "This decision reflects our strong commitment to our loyal and dedicated employees, and to the community in which we operate. We have always regarded CTA's employees as a strategic asset. Reaffirming our commitment to them and to the community is not just the right thing to do. It's also a smart business decision."
Pending completion of the new site, CTA will continue to occupy its existing facility in Corbin, as well as the space leased by the company in another building nearby.
