John Dean Harper, Esq., the Company's existing President/Treasurer and Chairman of the Board, has announced the appointment of Michael I. Kling as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Absolute Glass Protection, Inc. Christopher P. Stevens has accepted the Company's Secretary and Executive Vice President of business development positions for Absolute Glass Protection, Inc. effective immediately.
Mr. Harper has a private law practice focusing primarily on corporate law, labor/employment and litigation. Mr. Harper also serves as counsel for a number of law enforcement labor associations in the State of Nevada. Mr. Harper has been involved in taking companies from startup to publicly trading.
Mr. Kling, Absolute Glass Protection, Inc.'s new Chief financial Officer and Vice President, is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Michigan, Nevada and California. Mr. Kling maintains a law practice focusing on wealth preservation, asset protection, estate planning and business formation. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Kling is President of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council, legal counsel for the North Las Vegas Community Foundation and a member of several other charitable and community organizations.
Mr. Stevens, Absolute Glass Protection, Inc.'s new Secretary and Executive Vice President of business development, is in addition the current owner of CPS International. CPS International which is an international business development and marketing consulting company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. CPS facilitates U.S. companies interested in pursuing Asian markets and Asian companies with viable interest to enter the U.S. market. CPS also is involved in import and export involving direct sales and cultural awareness training.
Mr. Stevens will be extremely beneficial for Absolute Glass Protection, Inc. due to his fluency in foreign language abilities and experience with major trading companies and their contacts located throughout the Asian markets.
