Chubby Checker Makes Plans to Rock and Roll in a Kingsley Coach
MIDDLEBURG, Pa., March 18 -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: KNGS) announced that Chubby Checker has placed an order for a custom-designed Kingsley Coach. The entertainer, known since the 1960s as "The King of the Twist," still spends, on average, 300 days per year on the road. His new Kingsley Coach will provide him the comfort and stability he needs to withstand the rigors of highway travel, and the reliability to assure that he's always on time for the show. Chubby Checker's new Kingsley Coach will be outfitted with a fully functional kitchen, in addition to the luxury living quarters that are characteristic of a Kingsley Coach. Mr. Checker intends to use the kitchen to promote his line of Chubby Checker Beef Jerky (five varieties) and his soon- to-be-introduced line of Chubby Checker Hot Dogs.
Ralph Dickenson, CEO of Kingsley Coach, stated: "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to develop a Kingsley Coach for Chubby Checker. Mr. Checker's Kingsley will have the dual functions of road warrior and travelling kitchen that will parallel Mr. Checker's dual career as entertainer and entrepreneur. This is just another example of the way in which the Kingsley Coach can be configured to satisfy virtually any travel requirements. Just last month we delivered a Kingsley Coach to a gentleman who will use its electric rear lift and storage compartment to carry his dirt bikes as he travels on the motocross circuit. Similar arrangements can be developed for any travelling business, travelling sports team, or even just the vacation traveler who wants to take along his ATV or his horses."
