Genesys Software Systems Appoints Veteran Executive Dukas As New Vice President of Sales and Alliances
METHUEN, Mass.--March 18, 2003--Genesys Software Systems, Inc., a provider of services and software for learning management, human resource (HR) management, payroll, and benefits, announced today the appointment of Judy Dukas as vice president of sales and alliances. In this position, Dukas will have responsibility for the company's direct sales, as well as the development of strategic alliances.
Prior to her promotion, Dukas was director of alliances and business development for Genesys. Over the course of two years, Dukas expanded the Genesys alliance program to include key strategic partners in human capital management such as ProAct, Workbrain, and WageWorks. The program now encompasses partnerships with more than 20 companies.
Prior to joining Genesys in 2001, Dukas was employed by Simplex Time Recorder Company. From 1999 to 2001, she was manager of strategic partnerships and business alliances for the company's workforce division and developed strategic relationships with industry leaders such as PeopleSoft, Lawson, and Citrix. Dukas also held a variety of sales management positions with Simplex from 1996 through 1999. Her accomplishments included implementation of sales and service processes to increase sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The recipient of many sales awards, Dukas and her regions consistently met and exceeded sales quotas throughout her career at Simplex.
