Warehouse Management Suite Extended for Microsoft Business Solutions' Solomon by MaxQ Technologies, Inc. and Radio Beacon Inc.

    NORWALK, Conn.--March 17, 2003--

New Interface Links RADIO BEACON(TM) WMS with Microsoft Business Solutions' Solomon Advanced Distribution and MaxQ Technologies Supply Chain Planning Products

MaxQ Technologies Inc., today released its newest module, an interface that links RADIO BEACON Warehouse Management Software (WMS) with Microsoft Business Solutions' Solomon Advanced Distribution software and MaxQ's Supply Chain Management solutions.
MaxQ's interface provides Solomon customers with integration between the powerful distribution features of Solomon IV and the award-winning RADIO BEACON Warehouse Management System (WMS). This allows Solomon customers to deploy a fully integrated, sophisticated distribution, demand-planning, and warehouse automation system that focuses on decreased costs while improving customer satisfaction.
"MaxQ's new interface seamlessly integrates these two solutions," says John Pavain, President of MaxQ. "Linking the RADIO BEACON WMS with Solomon's Advanced Distribution modules offers customers a powerful and affordable mid-market solution. The newly released interface complements MaxQ's entire suite of mid-market Supply Chain applications, including Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Freight Manifesting, and Advanced Forecasting," said Pavain.
"RADIO BEACON enhances an already powerful Solomon distribution suite with sophisticated tools to increase accuracy and efficiency of the warehouse," says Dale Jeffries, President, Radio Beacon, Inc. "Solomon customers now have the ability to utilize powerful warehouse management technology that was until recently not available for mid-sized companies. This product is easy to install and priced for the mid-market, with the scalability to support distributors as they grow." The RADIO BEACON/Solomon interface allows for the seamless flow of information and transactions from the back office to the warehouse and back again. All warehouse management functions and transactions can now be made in Radio Beacon WMS with automatic concurrency to the Solomon inventory system. Inventory accuracy can now be increased with out paying efficiency penalties. The web-based software enables warehouses to deliver visibility across their entire supply chain - to vendors, customers, shippers, and internal departments such as customer service or off-site sales representatives.

The MaxQ interface is available now.
