USautotrak, SHOPINVO, WHAM, Expands to All of North America
CULVER CITY, Calif., March 17 -- USautotrak, the leader in online Customer Reminder Management for the automotive after market repair industry, primarily doing business in California, has announced the expansion of their service to include all of North America.
Using Internet e-mail, the automotive repair facility can notify their customers automatically of needed services on a regular basis.
It was further announced that Parts Plus, a leading automotive after market distribution group, has teamed up with USautotrak "to provide Parts Plus Car Care Centers an affordable method of electronically communicating maintenance reminders and service recommendations to their customers," said Gil Gunn, Director of wholesale marketing for Parts Plus.
In addition to e-mail reminders, each repair facility will have their own web site created. The web site information and the USautotrak program is then controlled and updated by the repair facility.
USautotrak also announced the integration of Wrenchead electronic Parts catalog and Mitchell Labor guide (WHAM) into their SHOPINVO Point Of Sale software, an advanced shop management program. SHOPINVO can be downloaded in its evaluation version at http://www.backtec.com/.
