Flyjets.biz and Panache Automotive Sign Agreement for Exchange of Services

    DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--March 12, 2003--CARCORP USA Corporation, a Delaware Corporation (OTCBB:CUSA), announced today that flyjets.biz, a division of Elite Flight Solutions has signed an agreement for an exchange of services with each Company's clients.
    CARCORP USA Corporation is in the final stages of the due diligence process of acquiring Elite Flight Solutions. Pending shareholder approval, CARCORP hopes to finalize the acquisition within thirty (30) days or less. Once the Acquisition is complete there will be a name and symbol change. Also shareholders will be asked to do a physical exchange of certificates.
    Flyjets.biz offers charter jet services to clientele while Panache Automotive is a rental service of high end automobiles and has contracts with premium hotels. These hotels include the Ritz Carlton Hotels in Amelia Island, Sarasota and Naples in Florida. Panache Automotive also has a contract through International Management Group (IMG) which represents the National Football League.
