Flexsteel Announces Quarterly Dividend

    DUBUQUE, Iowa--March 12, 2003--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. The Board of Directors announces its second quarter dividend of $.13 per share payable April 1, 2003 to shareholders on record as of March 21, 2003. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 245th consecutive cash dividend.
