MIAMI, March 12 -- Visteon Corporation today announced that Ryder System, Inc. , a global leader in transportation and supply chain management solutions, has been recognized by the Visteon Important Partner (VIP) program as the top supplier of transportation in North America.

Along with recognition, the program awards each VIP with a seat in the Visteon Supplier Round Table Council. The council, comprised of suppliers and Visteon leadership, will identify opportunities for Visteon and its supply chain to streamline efficiencies, reduce costs and work together to deliver flawlessly to its customers.
