    The wholesale finance, retail and lease systems of the two companies will be integrated, significantly improving funding procedures for their clients. The integration of the floorplan and credit processing systems will automate the complete inventory reconciliation process by matching a financed transaction with a floorplanned unit, triggering the net funding to the dealer and inventory payoff.
