PA State Real Estate Commission, Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons Release Disciplinary Actions

HARRISBURG, Pa., March 11 -- The Pennsylvania Department of State's Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs today announced 60 disciplinary actions taken by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission and State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons between July and December 2002.

Actions were taken against individuals or firms in the following counties: Adams (1 action); Allegheny (6 actions); Berks (1 action); Bucks (3 actions); Clearfield (2 actions); Dauphin (1 action); Delaware (1 action); Erie (1 action); Fayette (4 actions); Franklin (3 actions); Indiana (1 action); Lackawanna (3 actions); Lancaster (2 actions); Lehigh (1 action); Luzerne (1 action); Lycoming (1 action); McKean (1 action); Mifflin (1 action); Monroe (2 actions); Montgomery (2 actions); Northampton (2 actions); Philadelphia (8 actions); Pike (2 actions); Venango (1 action); Wayne (4 actions); Westmoreland (1 actions). A total of 4 actions involved Pennsylvania licenses with out-of-state addresses.
