VANCOUVER, March 11 -- Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. ('Pacific Insight'), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of electronic components today announced that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange ('TSX') under the symbol 'PIH'. The common shares will be listed and posted for trading at the start of trading on Wednesday, March 12, 2003.

The transition from the TSX Venture Exchange to the TSX, Canada's senior exchange, is another significant milestone for Pacific Insight. It provides Pacific Insight exposure to a more diverse investment community and supports Pacific Insight's efforts to raise its profile with current and future stakeholders.
