Holley Group of Companies Announces So-Cal Divestiture
BOWLING GREEN, Ky., March 4 -- The Holley Group announced today that it had divested its So-Cal Speed Shop business of Pomona, CA to an investor group led by So-Cal's former President, Pete Chapouris, III. The action is part of Holley's ongoing strategic restructuring to divest non-core businesses. Holley will use proceeds from the transaction to pay down debt.
So-Cal will continue to sell Holley's NOS and plumbing systems products and be a licensee of certain Holley's brands for its apparel business.
Holley products are the heart and soul of the performance engine market and are used throughout the world in racing, street, marine, motorcycle and power sports high performance engines. Holley's family of companies include the leading brands in the market including: Holley(R), Weiand(R), Lunati(TM), Hooker(R), FlowTech(R), Airmass(R), NOS(R), and now the Earl's(R), brands.
