Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. and Meritor Wabco release DataMaster productivity tool

NELSON, BC, March 4 -- Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. ("Pacific Insight") is pleased to announce that 'The DataMaster', a new productivity tool for the trailer market, is now in production. The DataMaster was designed in conjunction with Meritor Wabco, the world's largest anti-lock braking systems ('ABS') manufacturer.

The DataMaster is a unique hand-held data extraction device designed to retrieve critical trailer information. The rugged device plugs directly into a trailer and displays vital trailer statistics such as ABS status codes, trailer identification and trailer odometer readings. The DataMaster is designed for fleet use and can store data extraction readings for 255 trailers.

Pacific Insight's CEO Brad Smithson states, "the DataMaster is simple to operate and will increase trailer maintenance efficiency for all fleet managers." The unit will be marketed through all Meritor worldwide channels, including WABCO Germany, and distributed by Pacific Insight direct to the customer.
