GE Driver Development Completes Acquisition of I-Sim LLC Reinforcing Commitment to Driver Safety and Training

    SALT LAKE CITY--March 3, 2003--GE Driver Development, a leading provider of high performance simulation-based training solutions, announced today that it has acquired the remaining interest in I-Sim LLC from the company's original founders. The acquisition, through its parent, GE Capital Corporation, is in keeping with its continued emphasis on the driver training market.
