Bike Week 2003, February 28 thru March 8, in Daytona Beach, Florida, is the 2nd largest motorcycle rally in the United States, behind Sturgis.
As a newcomer to the industry, Gateways sold over $175,000 in motorcycles during their debut at the Myrtle Beach Bike Week 2000. Television advertising during Daytona Beach Bike Week 2001 resulted in pre-orders totaling $1,000,000 for the company's new motorcycle line. These events tested Gateways marketing strategy of reaching their target audience through television, radio, the Internet, and print media.
Gateways Entertainment, Inc. has formed a new division, Gateways Enterprises, a Canadian company, to handle the importing and exporting of new motorcycles, parts, and apparel products into the US.
