Dealix Corporation Ranked #1 Internet Sales Lead Provider by Auto Dealers

PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 27 -- Dealix Corporation, the market expert and leader in automotive Internet marketing services, was rated the number one sales lead provider in an independent multi-criteria survey of 627 dealerships nationwide. Dealers rated the top 11 lead providers in the industry.

Dealix ranked number one in the all-important category of lead quality, delivering the most ready-to-buy consumers to dealerships. Survey results showed that with Dealix leads, dealers were able to set the most appointments upon initial contact with consumers. Results also showed Dealix leads to have the highest closing rates, or leads that turn into sales. In addition, the survey found, Dealix leads resulted in the highest net profits per new cars sold. Dealers also voted Dealix number one in overall dealer satisfaction, citing the speed and quality of service and relationships with Dealix reps as the contributing factors.

"The results of this study shed light on why the number of retail dealers in our network has doubled every year since we've been in business and continues to grow," said Greg Baszucki, Dealix president. Founded by former Internet sales manager and auto industry training executive, Dennis Rushing, The Dot Com Insider is an independent information source and online community created for Internet sales managers and other automotive industry personnel. This survey was conducted from October through December 2002 using 58,311 Internet sales leads. The 627 auto dealerships that participated in the survey did so on a voluntary basis.
