Espey Announces 3rd Quarter Dividend

    SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.--Feb. 26, 2003--The Board of Directors of Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp., (AMEX:ESP) has declared a cash dividend of $0.075 per share for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003. The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2003, to all shareholders of record as of March 7, 2003.
