AutoZone to Release 2nd Quarter Earnings March 4, 2003; Instructions for Conference Call

    MEMPHIS, Tenn.--Feb. 25, 2003--, AutoZone's financial results for the second quarter ended February 15 will be released after market close on Tuesday, March 4, 2003. Steve Odland, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, will hold a one hour conference call to discuss these results on Wednesday, March 5, 2003, at 10:00 AM ET (9 AM CT).
