Synergie Holdings Announces Additional Details Regarding SafKey Acquisition; Synergie Holdings To Retain 51% Interest in SafKey
SAN DIEGO--Feb. 25, 2003--Synergie Holdings Limited Inc. (Pink Sheets:SYHO), a diversified holdings company with five subsidiaries, announced today further details regarding the acquisition of the SafKey Corp. The terms include Synergie Holdings to acquire 51% of the SafKey Corp., according to a company spokesperson. The completion date is scheduled for March 15, 2003.
The SafKey Corp. and its SafKey security system was developed to prevent car theft, car jackings and drunk driving. It is designed to retrofit to most types of vehicles, boats, motorcycles and aircraft ignition keys. The SafKey has potential applications for any vehicle or lock. A major selling point of the SafKey retrofitted key is it will not enter a vehicles ignition switch unless SafKey identifies and recognized the users fingerprint, and voice. It comes with a Breathalyzer that can be easily programmed for acceptable levels.
"We anticipate adding tremendous value to Synergie Holdings through our association with SafKey," stated the spokesperson. "SafKey is taking the necessary actions to become its own fully reporting bulletin board company. Without any known competition for SafKey, and a potential market of tens of millions worldwide, revenues should increase dramatically once we begin rolling out this revolutionary new product. SafKey's patent pending technology is expected to be completed over the next 120 days enabling hi-volume production to ensue either in the US or other countries around the world."
