Monaco Coach Corporation Announces Appointment Of Dennis Oklak to Its Board of Directors
COBURG, Ore., Feb. 24 -- Monaco Coach Corporation today announced the appointment of Dennis D. "Denny" Oklak to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Oklak is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of Duke Realty Corporation, one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the United States. From 1986 through January 2003, Mr. Oklak served in various other positions with Duke Realty Corporation, including Co-Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to joining Duke Realty Corporation, Mr. Oklak was with Deloitte & Touche, a Big Four public accounting firm. Mr. Oklak has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Ball State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As members of MNC's Board of Directors, Mr. Oklak joins Carl Ring of Liberty Partners (financial services), Roger Vandenberg of Cariad Capital, Inc. (financial services), and Richard Rouse (private investor), Robert "Chip" Hanafee (private investor) and L. Ben Lytle, Chairman of Anthem, Inc. (health care). Kay L. Toolson will continue as MNC's Board Chairman.
