ARCA RE/MAX RADIO RELEASE

ARCA RE/MAX SERIES RADIO RACE COVERAGE INCREASES; PRN LEADS THE WAY

TOLEDO OH (2-22-03) Through a mixed bag of nationally syndicated
networks and radio stations across America, live radio race coverage of
the ARCA RE/MAX Series is clearly on the rise.

In addition to the Performance Racing Network (PRN) covering upcoming
events live at Atlanta as well as both at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in 2003,
several other radio entities are getting in the game.

"The ARCA RE/MAX Series has traditionally provided a great proving
ground for drivers and, bottom line, produces exciting races," said Doug
Rice, Vice President/General Manager of PRN. "All of us at PRN are glad
to have the opportunity to cover these events."

Veteran PRN announcers Rice, Mark Garrow, Pat Patterson, Brett McMillan,
Steve Richards, Rob Albright and Chuck Carland, the same team that
broadcasts the NASCAR events, will broadcast the Atlanta ARCA 400 live
on March 8 as well as the May 22 and October 9 events at Lowe’s. At
present, more than 70 affiliates nationwide will carry the PRN broadcast
from Atlanta.

Radio coverage begins at Daytona each season with The Pros In
Motorsports live talk show featuring three consecutive nights of
ARCA/Daytona-related coverage on the local WNDB 1150 AM station, which
serves as a preamble to the live, local broadcast of the Daytona ARCA
200 on WNDB and WNDA 1490 AM.

In addition to the live Daytona coverage and the PRN broadcasts, both
short-track events at Salem Speedway will air live on WUME 95.3 FM out
of Paoli, Indiana in 2003 reaching a 40-mile radius in the Salem and
Washington County (southern Indiana) areas.

“We’ve been doing the ARCA races live for at least a dozen years,” said
Dave Dedrick, Director of Sports and News at WUME. “Outside of really
enjoying doing the broadcast, they’re a huge hit with our listeners and
advertisers, which is why we keep doing it; it makes good business
sense.”

Other ARCA RE/MAX Series events currently airing live include the
200-lapper at Berlin Raceway on MUS 107 FM out of Grand Rapids, Michigan
where local talent George Keen and veteran Motor Racing Network (MRN)
announcer Jeff Streigle call the action.

“I started looking at our schedule – trying to figure out where we had
live radio and I was amazed at how much was there,” said ARCA PR
director Don Radebaugh. “The live radio is just another great tool for
teams and sponsors to utilize all the while providing solid promotion of
the ARCA RE/MAX Series, and at the same time, helping to carry our
message to the race fans who are not able to attend.”

Since 1993, local Talladega, Alabama station Thunder 92.7 has been
airing RE/MAX Series events live at Talladega Superspeedway with General
Manager Jim Jacobs in the booth alongside a host of impressive talent
including NASCAR veteran driver Stacy Compton for last year’s event.
“Thunder 92.7 reaches a 5-county area in east Alabama,” said Jacobs. “We
also cover the ARCA practice sessions and their qualifying live. We also
broadcast our signal through the Alabama Statewide Network to an
additional 11 stations, and we expect that number to grow. You can also
get the streaming video as well as the broadcast live at al.com.”
Veteran announcers Jim Purdy and Grady Sapp cover the pits for the
Talladega broadcast with Nick Bobel and David McDaniel in the turns.

Even the mile-dirt in DuQuoin, Illinois will again air the RE/MAX Series
event live through a simulcast at hometown station WDQN 95.9 on the FM
dial and 1580 on the AM dial.

Kansas Speedway also aired RE/MAX Series races live in 2001 and 2002
through the 50,000-watt Kansas City, Missouri-based WHB-AM Sports Radio
810 station in 2002 and KFKF 94.1 FM in 2001. WHB, which reaches a
five-state area, is currently negotiating to solidify RE/MAX Series race
coverage programming for 2003.

In addition, WJOL 1340 AM out of Joliet, Illinois, the official radio
station of Chicagoland Speedway, will provide live pre- and post-race
RE/MAX Series coverage in 2003.
