SMI Products, Inc., Announces Execution of Definitive Agreement

    SUGARLAND, Texas--Feb. 21, 2003--SMI Products, Inc. (OTCBB:SMIP) is please to announce that it has executed the definitive agreement to merge with Nu Age Electric, Inc.
    Details of the merger will be announced in the near future and the Company will file an 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission no later than March 7, 2003.
    Nu Age Electric, Inc. is a private Nevada Corporation engaged in the marketing and sales of electric vehicles and products in North America. Nu Age has exclusive rights for all NuPow'r Station dealerships in North America. The dealerships are licensed to perform sales and servicing of the electric vehicles and products.
