    ERIE, Pa., Feb. 21 -- Erie Indemnity will host an audio webcast with the financial
community to discuss financial results for the fourth quarter and full year
2002 on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003, at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).  Erie
Indemnity will issue a press release reporting its results the evening of
Feb. 25.
