ADVISORY/AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety to Release Study on Deadly High-Risk Drivers; AAA To Launch Nationwide Effort to Combat Dangerous Road Users
--WHAT: The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety will release the results of two new studies on unlicensed and dunk drivers. Although these high-risk drivers are among the greatest safety threat on the nation's highways, they often go unidentified and unpunished. With over 17,000 people killed in alcohol related crashes and unlicensed drivers being responsible for over a fifth of all fatalities, AAA will offer solutions to address the problem of these deadly road users.
