Asbury Automotive Group Schedules Release of Fourth Quarter Results And Conference Call

    STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 12 -- Asbury Automotive
Group, Inc. , one of the nation's largest automotive retailers,
today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end financial
results before the market opens on February 27, 2003. Senior management,
including Kenneth B. Gilman, President and CEO, and Thomas F. Gilman, Senior
Vice President and CFO, will host a conference call later that morning, at
10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
    The conference call will be simulcast live on the Internet and can be
