In celebration of not having to pay the congestion charge, London's Hip Scooter Set will meet on Friday, 14th February at 8.30am on their way to work, for breakfast and a parade to mark their free wheeling approach to the start of Mr Livingstone's plans, starting February 17th.

Breakfast will be served in the IN & OUT (Naval & Military Club) library, No. 4 St James's Square to all riders from 8.30am until 9.00am. With more than 100 scooters expected, there will be a mass lap around St. James's Square, before the riders then roar off to work.

A photocall is scheduled to record the scene, at 9.00am.
