Honda to Break Ground for $30 Million Expansion in North Carolina

   WHAT:     Honda officials will join with Governor Mike Easley and local
             officials to break ground for the $30 million expansion at
             Honda Power Equipment Mfg. (HPE) in Swepsonsville that will
             expand production capacity by 50% to 1.5 million engines per
             year in 2004.  HPE began operations in North Carolina in 1984.
