    To commemorate President's Day on February 17, an Orlando inventor and descendant of Captain John Smith has created a novel way to honor America and President Bush.
    John D. Smith, President of Clever Covers, Inc. Smith says that his patented wheel covers combine President Bush's popularity and Americans' penchant for using their vehicles to promote everything from sports team allegiances to political affiliation.     In this case, one of those heads is that of President Bush, whose face is right-side-up only part of the time.     Since he is a nonpartisan entrepreneur, Smith is working on a line of Democratic contender wheel covers, but the lack of a front-runner means he'll have to wait.
