Donaldson Company to Webcast Second-Quarter Earnings Conference Call Thursday, February 20

    MINNEAPOLIS--Feb. 11, 2003--Donaldson Company , today announced it will host a live Webcast of its 2003 second-quarter results conference call on Thursday, Feb. 20, at 10 a.m. CT. The company will issue a post-market earnings announcement on Feb. 19.
    Bill Van Dyke, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Bill Cook, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will recap the second-quarter results and accomplishments.
