Microphonics Announces Director Resignation

    NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Feb. 10, 2003--Mr. William A. Eyerdom announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Microphonics of New York, Inc. effective February 7, 2003. Microphonics is a leader in Ultrasound Technology and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.
