LEBANON VALLEY SPEEDWAY SEASON PASSES NOW AVAILABLE

WEST LEBANON NY- Seemingly winter has been longer and colder than many of us
can remember in quite some time. Luckily spring is right around the corner a
nd before we know it "The Valley" will be full of the sights and sounds of
stock car racing.
Season passes for the exciting 2003 racing-season at Lebanon Valley
Speedway are now on sale. We are happy to announce there will be no increase
in ticket prices this year. Promoter Howard Commander stated "I understand
times are hard for everyone and I want to continue to provide our fans with
the best entertainment value for their hard earned dollar." In keeping the
ticket prices at last year's rate admission to Lebanon Valley remains one of
the lowest in the US at $9 General Admission and $1 for kids 11 and under for
a regular Saturday night show.
A change in the starting time for the weekly Saturday events will begin
on opening night. Warm-ups will begin at 5PM with the first Pure Stock race
taking the green flag at 6PM. Modified heats will start at 7PM. The
2003-racing season will open on Saturday April 19th on the "High Banks" with
Modifieds, a Pro Stock - Rookie Challenge, Pure Stocks and one Cannonball.
The special event schedule will begin with The O'Reilly's Auto Parts
World of Outlaws making their annual stop on Monday May 26th along with a
full program of Modifieds that evening.
Team Goewey Dodge and CARQUEST Auto Parts will present the U.S. Hot
Rod Association Monster Truck Monster Jam on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
July 14, 15 & 16. As in the past tickets for all three nights are sold
separately and not included in the cost of any season pass. Adults General
Admission is just $13 with Kids 11 and under only $6. Reserved seats
regardless of age are $15.
Sunday July 27th finds the third edition of "The Eve of Destruction"
on the schedule. The Budweiser Mr. DIRT Track USA Modified Super Dirt Series
event will highlight the racing in the month of August at the Valley on
Thursday August 7th. Lebanon Valley will hold a special Anniversary
Celebration on Saturday August 23rd.
The final special event of the 2003 season will take place on
September 6-7th with the running of the CARQUEST Kings 200 Weekend.
Final plans for the 100-lap 358 Modified Championship event are still
being arranged and a press release will follow with the details for that
event.
Along with the special events, weekly Saturday night racing action
will be staged on the high banks consisting of Modifieds, Sportsman, Pro
Stocks, and Pure Stocks each Saturday. Several 358 Modified events will be
included on Saturday nights throughout the season.
General Admission season passes are available for $230 each and include
all events at the speedway except the Monster Truck shows. A reserved season
pass, which includes the same seat at all of these exciting events, is only
$300. Inside tower season passes are available for $495 for the 2003-racing
season and Tower Roof season passes are just $450.
