Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Declares 124th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

    FINDLAY, Ohio, Feb. 6 -- Cooper Tire & Rubber
Company today announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per
share on common stock, payable March 28, 2003 to stockholders of record at the
close of business March 3, 2003. This will mark the 124th consecutive
quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
