Engineous Software Releases iSIGHT Version 7.1; Network Publishing Allows Remote Clients Access to Published iSIGHT Applications on Server Machines

    CARY, N.C.--Feb. 5, 2003--Engineous Software, provider of integration, automation, and design optimization software, and related strategic services, announced today the shipping of iSIGHT 7.1 in North America and Europe.
    The workgroup networking capabilities in 7.1 is the company's next step toward their enterprise wide solution, which will be available later this year.
    "Our key deliverable for iSIGHT 7.1 is iSIGHT-Net," said J.P. Evans, Engineous Director of Marketing. "This marks the emergence from a custom services solution to a standard iSIGHT add-on module. This way, customers have the option to configure iSIGHT-Net as part of the normal iSIGHT installation process."
    iSIGHT-Net brings effective workgroup collaboration to customers who want to deploy pre-built iSIGHT applications out to a larger number of users. Developers who lay out the workflow process can publish applications to a server, then end users can run the applications from a remote client. The end user does not need to be expert in the underlying process, or even iSIGHT itself. Tasks are performed through an easy straightforward user interface.
