    RIVERSIDE, Calif., Feb. 5 -- Fleetwood Homes, a leading

this year's Louisville Manufactured Housing Show, a premier industry event
held at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center on January 16-18, 2003.  An
estimated 4,000 retailers, builders, developers and community managers
gathered for the annual show to preview new housing designs, architectural
features and state-of-the-art materials from participating manufacturers.
With a significant presence at this year's show, Fleetwood more than doubled
its floor sales from the 2002 show.
    Fleetwood displayed 11 of its newest designs, including the popular
Entertainer, Sandpointe, Contemporary and Stone Creek homes.  With active
involvement from Fleetwood retailers, each home was specifically designed to
appeal to a broad set of consumers while exceeding the expectations of
homebuyers and existing homeowners.  Fleetwood's displays featured unique
architectural designs, painted drywall, radius walls, recessed lighting, home
security systems, built-in home theaters with surround sound, stainless steel
appliances, luxurious baths, and energy-saving features throughout each home.
