EMAX NET, Inc. Signs Alliance With Cry for Help



    ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 4 -- EMAX NET, Inc., a

strategic alliance with Cry for Help International, Inc.
    This alliance was formed to deliver family entertainment, media
programming and consumer products and services to specific organizations and

have developed and implemented a specialized marketing campaign to potentially
