Tilden Associates, Inc. Corporate Update

    GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--Feb. 4, 2003--Fiscal 2002 proved to be a milestone for Tilden Associates (OTCBB:TLDN); we had three profitable quarters and are anticipating a profitable fourth quarter. We expect our annual report, due out in March, to report a full fiscal year profit. We are looking towards 2003 with much anticipation, we have seen a surge in applications for new Franchises of Tilden Total Car Care Centers, and are well on our way towards achieving the goal of a Tilden in every state.
    With an aggressive marketing campaign under way we hope to add no less than 25 new franchises this year, as well we are actively seeking acquisitions of smaller chains, 10 to 15 stores, to convert into Tilden Total Car Care Centers. It is our hope by years end to increase from 60 stores to over 100. We are also committed to increasing our shareholders value, and will be making a conscience effort to enhance our visibility to the Wall Street community as well as increase communication with our existing shareholders.     Our financial position at this point is stable; however Tilden will be seeking a round of financing for acquisitions and marketing. We are very optimistic about our company's future and hope to see the market for our companies stock reflect our successes.
