PETERSBURG, Fla.--Feb. 3, 2003--Payless Car Sales, Inc., a sister company to Payless Car Rental System, Inc., announced today that its network of car sales dealers has grown over 300 percent since adopting a new franchise concept in early 2002. The efforts of Payless Car Sales' exclusive area developers, Dealer Diversified LLC and Robert Smith, were instrumental to the aggressive growth.Since January 1, 2003, four new locations have been added. These include Houston, Amarillo and Humble, Texas and Lagrange, Georgia.
