Ford to Participate in 20th Annual Lehman Brothers Conference

    DEARBORN, Mich., Feb. 3 -- Ellen Hughes-Cromwick,
Ford Motor Company's director of Corporate Economics and Strategic Issues, and
George Pipas, manager of Sales Analysis, will participate in the Lehman
Brothers 20th Annual Industrial Select Conference on Feb. 4.
    The two will present their views on U.S. economic and auto industry trends
and the 2003 outlook.  Their presentation will begin at 11:30 a.m., and will
be web cast on an audio-only basis via http://www.shareholder.ford.com .  Supporting
