Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group to Announce Fourth Quarter/Full Year 2002 Financial Results

    TULSA, Okla., Feb. 3 -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive
Group, Inc. will announce fourth quarter and full year 2002
financial results prior to market open on Wednesday, February 5.
    A conference call to review the company's fourth quarter and full year
2002 results will be held at 10:00 a.m. (central daylight time) on Wednesday,
February 5.  Joe Cappy, Chairman and CEO will lead the call.  Also
