ADP Dealer Services Announces Cisco IP Telephony Specialization; Cisco and ADP Provide Dealerships With a Single Unified Network for All Voice and Data Communication

    CHICAGO--Feb. 1, 2003--ADP Dealer Services announced today that they have achieved IP Telephony Technology Specialization from Cisco Systems, Inc. The Cisco IP Telephony Certification recognizes ADP for having the training and knowledge to plan, design, operate and implement Cisco IP telephony solutions.

    ADP's IP Telephony solution combines ADP's data and networking expertise with the Cisco Call Manager phone system to provide dealers with one converged network that will carry all voice and data communications. Dealerships no longer need to maintain a separate, stand-alone phone system. In addition, the combined network provides a single system for all users regardless of location, and allows dealers to cost share features such as voicemail across all locations.
