ADP Dealer Services Announces the Acquisition of LeaseStar; LeaseStar.com Will be Part of a Complete Desking Solution Offered to Dealership Customers

    CHICAGO--Feb. 1, 2003--ADP(R) Dealer Services Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Plainview, New York-based company, LeaseStar, Ltd. Founded in 1985, LeaseStar, Ltd. provides computerized automotive lease quoting to help automotive dealers and manufacturers increase and improve their lease business using e-business technology.
