Experian Automotive and ADP(R) Announce the 700th Installation of AutoCheck(SM) Express



     Leading Edge Vehicle History Report Solution Helps Dealers Sell More
                              Pre-Owned Vehicles

    SAN FRANCISCO, NADA 2003, Feb. 1 -- Experian Automotive, a division of Experian(R), Inc. and the Dealer Services
Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. are pleased to announce
the 700th dealer installation of the AutoCheck Express vehicle history report
(VHR) subscription service.  Each night, AutoCheck Express can create a full
VHR for each newly added Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) automatically and
securely by accessing the dealer's management system.  The next day an e-mail
is waiting, inviting the dealer to view the reports, print them out and place
them in the deal jacket of every used vehicle.  Dealers may also run
individual VHRs any time, such as during the trade-in appraisal process.
    AutoCheck Express is a product of an alliance between Experian Automotive
and ADP Dealer Services.
