ARGO Data Resource Corporation Announces Strategic Alliance With Bankers Integration Group, Inc.

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 31 -- ARGO Data Resource Corporation
(ARGO), a market leader that provides automated retail delivery and lending
systems for financial services companies, announced today that it will enter
into a strategic alliance with Bankers Integration Group, Inc. ("BIG"), to
deliver a seamless process for automobile dealers and lenders to decision
financing in real time and finalize loans in a matter of seconds.
Details of the strategic alliance between ARGO of Dallas, TX and BIG of
Laguna Niguel, CA, will be detailed at a Press Conference, Noon, (Pacific
Time), Sunday, February 2, 2003, Room 228, Moscone Convention Center, San
Francisco during the annual National Automobile Dealers Association Convention
and Exposition.
Since 1980, ARGO has provided best-of-breed solutions to the financial
services industry based on architecture that enables large-scale delivery
systems to operate through a common platform. ARGO's Enterprise Commerce
Server ("ECS") is the foundation for its middle-tier architecture, giving
financial institutions the capacity to strengthen long-term profitability by
providing a scalable, highly available processing system for multi channel
business applications.
BIG is an application service provider whose patent pending BIGFNI
software solution provides a web-based risk analysis engine that is unique to
the automobile finance industry. The BIGFNI solution does more than simply
automate the finance application process between lenders and automobile
dealers -- it provides a powerful tool for prescreening loan applications and
matching them to lender programs, ensuring that consumers are offered the best
financing available to them.
"Based on our review of the marketplace, we believe that the BIGFNI system
offers an innovative solution for lenders involved in automobile financing,
increasing efficiency in their distribution systems and providing them with
significant savings in the cost of loan acquisitions," said David McCune,
Corporate Vice President of ARGO. "The improved efficiencies and reduced
costs offered by the BIGFNI system fits squarely within the goals of our
lending clients."
"We are particularly pleased to be working with a company whose technology
solutions are synonymous with trust and reliability in the financial services
industry," said Ted Cunningham, Vice Chairman of Bankers Integration Group and
former Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for the Chrysler
Group. "By integrating our front-end Web-based system with ARGO's Indirect
Lending Solution, lenders will be able to further maximize their sales and
improve their processes, while delivering better service to dealers and
consumers."
